Parts Washer BB™ - Parts Washing Formula
For
many years industry has relied on solvent based parts washers to clean and
degrease parts, tools and machine components. While solvents generally did
an excellent job of cleaning those parts, they posed a severe health &
safety risk to all workers that used them. The added cost of disposal, fire
risk, insurance surcharges and OSHA regulations further added to their negative
impact on your business. This is why we have developed SpillAway™
Parts Washer BB™. This new and innovative, aqueous
based, non-solvent product allows your parts cleaning & degreasing to
be free of any negative health or safety concerns. When added to heated, aerated,
water-based parts washing equipment, nothing out performs SpillAway™
Parts Washer BB™.

How To Use This Product
Parts Washer BB™ is a concentrated liquid cleaner & degreaser with rust inhibitor. You should mix this product at a minimum ratio of 10 parts water to 1 part Parts Washer BB™ in order to test your application. Increase or decrease water content for economy or as your equipment may require.
- Shake & Agitate the container before using. Parts Washer BB™ is designed to be used most effectively in an heated, aqueous-based parts washer or for manual cleaning and degreasing of parts, components, equipment & tools.
- Add the appropriate amount of product and water to your washer or basin (see above for ratios)
- Clean and degrease parts & tools as usual. Dry parts as quickly as possible.
FOR OPTIMUM EFFECTIVENESS, A WATER TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 80° F. AND 125° F. SHOULD BE MAINTAINED.
