SEP-700™ - Bioremediation Agent for Septic Systems
SEP-700™ is
a revolutionary concept in the cleaning, maintenance & remediation of
industrial septic systems. This product utilises Bioremedial technology
to literally "eat" food and vegetable greases, oils, starches
& lipids from all septic systems. At the same time SEP-700™
will bioremediate any hydrocarbons that may be present in the system. These
hydrocarbons include a broad spectrum of petroleum based chemicals including
motor oil, grease, diesel fuel, gasoline, solvents & herbicides.
This Bioremedial technology uses naturally occurring micro-organisms to
degrade all of these substances that may cause system failure and soil &
water contamination. SEP-700™
is compounded with special "Bio-Nutrient" compounds to accelerate
the Bio-Remedial process & render the polluting compounds harmless to
the environment. As an added benefit, we have included microbes to digest
any fats, food greases & oils that may be "slowing down" your
system. The by-products of this natural process are CO2 (Carbon Dioxide)
and water.

How To Use This Product
SEP-700™ is highly concentrated. This product must be mixed at a minimum ratio of 10:1 with water. If necessary, you may add more water, for greater economy or as your specific application may dictate.
Initial "Shock" Application Procedure:
- Gain direct access to the septic tank. If this is not possible, find the last outlet/inlet into the system (drain, sink, toilet, etc.).
- It is highly recommended, for the initial inoculation, that you use 5 gallons of the concentrate. Begin by using 2-1/2 gallons of the concentrate. Mix 22-1/2 gallons of water to 2-1/2 gallons of SEP-700™ to make approximately 25 gallons of diluted SEP-700™.
- Pour the entire 25 gallon mixture "down the drain". It can be added a gallon at a time for your convenience but, all of the product should be added over a 20 minute period of time.
- After adding the above, wait for approximately 2 weeks and repeat the procedure with the remaining 2-1/2 gallons of the SEP-700™ concentrate.
Preventative Maintenance Application Procedure:
- One month after completing the above instructions, begin this maintenance program.
- Add 10 diluted gallons of SEP-700™ each month at the outlet/inlet closest to the septic tank. (as above).
